Transformer Leak Repair and Re-gasketing
Oil and nitrogen leaks are common problems found on aging power transformers. Most leaks occur at gaskets, fittings, welds, and points of physical damage. Our Expanse team finds the leak and either fixes the leak or completely re-gaskets the transformer and processes the oil to restore equipment to its optimal operating condition.
Load Tap Changer Services
Expanse excels at servicing load tap changers (LTC) to increase reliability and extend its life. We can remove the transformers existing oil to perform an in-tank inspection and then in turn, either clean or replace the transformer oil. Our services also include LTC upgrade solutions.
